Yes, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due the day of the party. We accept cash, check or Venmo.

Our parties are best suited for children ages 5 and up. Teens and even adults love them too!! 

Yes. We require a minimum of 2 teepees and can accommodate up to 12 depending on space and availability.

Each teepee and mattress require about 4ft x 7ft of space with some space between beds. Once we are at your location, we will determine how the beds fit best in your space. 7ft ceilings or taller are also required. (A sleepover with 5 beds typically can fit in a 12ft x 12 ft space.)

Setup typically takes between 1-1.5 hours and pickup takes around 30-45 minutes depending on the number of beds.

Just the indoor space! We bring everything else. We do ask that the area be cleaned and cleared before we arrive.

All bedding, pillow coverings and decor are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each party.

If our customers live within a 20 mile radius of Vandalia, Ohio, there will NOT be a delivery charge. We do charge $2/mile outside of the 20 mile radius. The per mile fee accounts for all travels to and from your location for setup and pickup.

No. Tax is NOT included on our price list. After calculating your teepee rental fee and adding mileage, if applicable, we then tax the total amount at 7.5% sales tax required for Vandalia, Ohio.

We currently offer 24 themes! We can also create custom setups based on your child's interests. Some additional fees may apply for customizing (i.e. adding balloons, extra lighting, etc…). Please inquire at time of booking.

Yes, but only for inflating the mattresses. We do NOT plug any of our lights into your outlets. We only use eco-friendly rechargeable batteries for all lighting. The lights will dim throughout the night and into the morning. We recharge our batteries fully before each party. All lights are equipped with fully charged batteries.

Yes. For sanitary reasons, each guest will need to provide their own sleeping pillow. Our decorative pillows are not meant to be used for sleeping. We do provide a fitted sheet, a top sheet, and a plush blanket for our guests to use.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your party, we ask that you give us a 72 hour notice. The $50 deposit is non-refundable, but can be used toward your rescheduled party.

No, not at this time, but we may be including some in the future. 

Since the parties are indoors, weather rarely affects setup. However, if severe weather prevents us from traveling, we’ll work with you to reschedule.
